Event October 19 Georgia Hall of Fame Dawsonville

October 19 our good friends at Hirevz and Moonshine are 

have a meet up at The Georgia racing hall of fame up in 

Dawsonville. Event starts at 8am and goes to 11. We assure 

you it'll be a great event with a lot of unique cars. All cars 

welcome: domestic, Import, track, drifter missiles. All are 

welcome! We will be there and would to see some new 

faces. If you see us out there say hey. 

Caffeine and Octane October 2014

We're back again with Caffeine and Octane Coverage for October. Saw a lot of unique builds that we haven't seen before. We saw a Ford V8 swapped Miata with custom body work and a chopped off front end. Turnout was slower than usual, but it's to be expected when it's 40 degrees out. Despite that we still saw hundreds of owners come out and showcase what they have. Excited to see what the rest of fall and winter will bring to offer. 

Nopi Nationals 2014

Back from another event once again. This time Nopi Nationals. We got to see some smokey burnouts, great drifts, ridiculously quick drag builds, and very clean builds from nearly every manufacturer on display by their proud owners. Nopi organized a great event and the turnout for it was massive. We're counting the days until we can go again. If you see your car leave a commit below.

Southrn Fresh Sunday's 9/14/2014

We went out to southern fresh last weekend to go check out what they had to offer and they definitely didn't disappoint. Saw some of the cleanest VIP builds done by Zen Motorsports, people's personal drift missiles, and unique German builds there. Got to meet a bunch of great people and managed to grab some free food on the way. Still a great event to go to and we'll definitely be coming back for more. Wanna Go Fast Clayton Ga, Sunday

We made the trek up to Clayton, Georgia this weekend for the Wanna Go Fast 1/2 mile. We saw some absolutely insane builds including the cars from Vengeance Motorsports. Saw plenty of privateers as well with great builds ranging from a 4 wheel burnout Volkswagen Golf R to a twin turbo Lamborghini Gallardo. The organization done by Wanna Go Fast was excellent and the only gripe we had was fog delays. Despite that, it was an excellent event and we highly recommend it to others. Caffeine and Octane September 2014

Today’s Caffeine and Octane was one hell of a show. The turnout was phenomenal with cars packing every nook and cranny from from Deerfield Parkway all the way to the Home Depot. C&O consistently amazes us at Slammed Living with the sheer variety of cars we see. We caught glimpses of everything ranging from a crazy 2JZ Toyota pick-up truck to a pristine Jaguar D-Type. C&O is only getting bigger every month and we’re excited to see what it has for the future. We want to know your thoughts on C&O this month, so leave a comment.

Southrn Fresh did a great job this year setting up their annual birthday meet. Not only was there great music the builds were stunning. New school old school and even never heard of build came flocking to the meet. i felt like a kid at a candy shop for the entirety of the meet. Unfortunately about an hour into the meet mother nature decided to show up and bring down a heavy rain to ruin everything. Myself and my god friend Alex ran back to our cars seeing if we could wait out the storm, though the storm persisted and we decided to go on a joy ride around Marietta. During that time the rain began to die down so we sped back to the meet to cover what was left of the meet In PART 2.

Caffeine and Octane July 6 2014 Coverage

Hello and welcome to the July Caffeine and Octane coverage. This months show was amazing ! there were cars that people could only dream of seeing. From crazy European builds to ridiculous hot rods. The morning started out overcast and dreary and we thought it would be a ruined meet but fortunately towards 9:30 the sun started to come out, allowing us to take full advantage of the meet, so sit back and enjoy the show.

Caffeine and Octane June 2014

Ahh, what's better than the sounds of accumulative 500,000 horse power in the morning. Trick question, nothing beets it. Its just warms my blood hearing that 1000 horsepower supra or the stock exhaust off a fully restored Shelby in the morning. Fortunately I can have this delightfully wake up alarm once a month at the Caffeine and Octane car show.
The best thing in my opinion about Caffeine and Octane is that any car can be part of it no matter year or make, all are accepted. The second is that some of the moms down there volunteer and handout free coffee and donuts, so breakfast is free. Though like everything, it has some drawbacks. Because any car can enter people swarm like flies to the super cars and classic muscle with their camera phone in hand completely blocking all the best builds. But hey, I cant complain free coffee and an all around variety car show in the morning beets any morning the month has to offer

SoWo Coverage Part 1

SoWo was amazing this year. The Slammed Living team left early Saturday morning from Atlanta. A fifty mile journey was ahead of us, but we were prepared with snacks and music. For all you that came by Ga 400 north, I hope you didn't get pulled over. We were really surprised as to how many cops there were on the way, but once we got onto Ga 115 it was smooth sailing. When we got to Helen the exhaust notes were already filling the air and I knew that this year was going to be better than last year. Wrong! Around 2 o'clock our photographer Ben came to find out that his car was towed, leaving him stranded in Helen. Luckily he found out who towed his car and he waited in the Post office parking lot for an hour to get his car back. All in all SoWo was great!

Southern Worthersee or Sowo is right around the corner.The staff at Slammed Living are very excited to see all the new builds being pushed out. From the military Volkswagen to the slammed E30's, we're looking forward to see what will be there. For those who don't know what Sowo is, it is Georgia's largest European slammed car meet. Located in a German mountain city of Helen Georgia . Slammed Living Ben Adler will be covering the event, so if you see him, give him a shout out.

Formula Drift Round Two Coverage

Who's gonna make it? Who's gonna win? The much anticipated Formula round two, road to the champions, is here. With cars head to head and side to side everyone had their blood pumping and spirits showing. The hairpin turn was very unforgiving, costing some the round

Slammed Society Car show

The Slammed Society Car show was phenomenal at formula drift. There were crazy builds. There were a lot of old comers but the new comers really fought hard.

Formula Drift is this Friday and Saterday. The second round in the formula drift seris we are excited to see how it will turn out. Wether Chris Forsiberg will hold the first place title or any one else will claim the thrown. We at Slammed Living will be there this saterday to to how it turns out. We are also excited to cover the Slammed Society Car show, but we also cover the fan's cars aswell.

Slammed Living is a new blog that revolves around the car community. Based in the Atlanta Georgia area we strive to get coverage of all major car shows.
